Bought 2 items from there. Service is good and the price is super reasonable, much lower than shopee or the big electronic stall. They will also tell you up front how much is the installation cost too which is separate from the item. The best part no downpayment everything based on trust just tell them your address and settle payment on the day of installation. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Saw all the 1 star review and so it's not just me. Send an inexperience Fan installer, but pretend to be expert. didn't even have experience on various type of false ceiling structure and keep saying likely cannot install, and ask for $20 more dollar for installing on false ceiling. And say until he is no one expert in "installing" fan. His brain function the same as a scammer. Beware buying from Goh Ah Bee, luckily I was trying 2 units first. the other 17 units in my offices will go to other fan sellers.

As for Goh Ah Bee kitchen n bathroom appliances is very recommended .especially attended by a young n knowledgeable person name wen chiew.he recommended me the water heater ,stove n cooking hood which is to my liking n price quoted by wen chiew is reasonable n most important this gentleman hv after sales service. After 2 months of sales he still managed to arrange a handy man to fix my cooking hood which I did not arrange earlier .the handy man that he sent to me doing a very good job This goh ah bee shop n staff r very well recommended 5stars .u will not regret when u step in .

One of the more reputable traditional stores that sell below market and affordable house appliances. They are well known in the neighbourhood to be trustworthy and honest in their business. Service was also of a certain standard. However, also because of the many products that they held in store, the shop seems difficult to walk-through and may be hard to find certain items. It could also be of a safety issue especially when there's more patrons.

Bought an oven from them 14 years ago. Recently bought a washer and dryer from them again. Reasonable prices (about what you find on online platforms). Amazingly they deliver without the need for a deposit! It’s cash or online fund transfer on delivery. I like supporting local small businesses - their excellent customer centered service makes it easy to buy from them.

I've bought many CE products from them, including gas stove, washers etc. You need to be selective on what products you buy from them. The salesguys are only nice if you buy big ticket items. Usually no issues for plug-and-use items but for the gas stove, they sent an inept ah beng installer who kept cussing and slamming his tools when he couldn't fit the new gas stove into previous cut-out on kitchen top. In the end, my parents paid additional tip for the installer even though his workmanship was poor and scary attitude. They just wanted him out of their house asap.

The sales guy was plain grouchy. I asked for recommendations for hair curler and he said everything is displayed on the shelf. I asked to see the product and he was grumbling when opening up the box. He also didn't seem to want me to buy the hair curler. I was so scared of offending him that I quickly left the shop. Scary experience.
